an art and waste installation in Palestine
initiated by blackhole-factory, Goethe-Institut and GTZ

An observation and analysis of waste dumps as a database containing uncensored information and stories about a society. A work with found materials leading us to speculations about a complex situation.
trans4m orchestra is a joint project between Palestinian and German artists dealing with the topic of waste and garbage in Palestine. Using found objects, field recordings, interviews, custom build objects and software from their field studies in the West Bank and Gaza, the artists created installations and objects. Their art projects has been exhibited first at the Ottoman Courthouse in Ramallah from 28thOctober to 3rd November 2007.
